When should I schedule my holiday light installation?

We recommend booking in early fall (September-October) to ensure availability during our busiest season (November-December). However, we take bookings year-round and will do our best to accommodate your timeline!

Do you provide the lights or do I need to purchase them?

We provide all the lights, equipment, and materials needed for your installation. We use premium Minleon commercial-grade lights that are designed to last for years. We have a lease option and a purchase option for our Temporary Lighting.

What happens if a bulb goes out during the season?

We offer full maintenance services throughout the season included with the Full Inclusive service. If you have any issues with your lights, just give us a call/text and we'll come out to fix it as soon as we can at no additional charge for our full-service packages! This is a white-glove service designed so you don't have to lift a finger!

Is the takedown service included?

Yes! Our full-service packages include professional takedown and storage of all lights and equipment after the holiday season, typically in January.

Are permanent lights really permanent?

Yes! Our permanent lighting systems are designed to stay on your home year-round. They're weather-resistant, durable, and can be programmed to display any color for any occasion. Includes a professional wire track system for longevity and a professional look- holidays, birthdays, sporting events, or just ambient lighting. Rated for over 50,000 hours of use and come with warranty and support. If needed they can be removed without too much hassle but will require additional charge.
